Interpreter Qualifications
All interpreters are independent contractors with the requisite high-level language skills and the necessary educational background in specific fields to qualify them for skilled interpretation performance. References, resumes, performance reviews, and background checks are kept on file for all interpreters.
Transcription
Transcription is the process of writing down what is said from an audio file or videotape. When the files are not in English, clients usually ask for a transcription plus a translation. A written transcription in the original language plus a transcript translated into English are provided.
